Read it and find your answer. I have been asked by friends from Hello Pal how they could learn Chinese efficiently and what will be the apps and resources helpful to Chinese learning. And my answers to their questions based on my own experiences of learning English as a foreign language become the rudiment of this book.

It is effective and efficient to learn with a purpose, know what you need to make listening, speaking, reading, writing in Chinese possible, take what you need and leave out all the rest, and practice applying Chinese like a native speaker does.
